By accessing or using neevr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including architects, draftsmen, consultants, and their clients.
neevr is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides client management tools for architects and construction consultants. The Platform facilitates client enquiries, project estimation, digital agreements, milestone-based payments, and drawing file delivery.
Architect accounts are created by the platform administrator. Client accounts are created by the registered architect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Digital agreements signed through the Platform are legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). The Platform records the signatory's IP address, timestamp, and user agent as proof of consent. By signing digitally, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the agreement contents.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. neevr does not store card numbers or sensitive payment information. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Refund policies are determined by the registered architect and stated in the project agreement.
Drawings, designs, and documents uploaded to the Platform remain the intellectual property of the architect until full payment is received as per the project agreement. Clients may not download, reproduce, or share drawings for construction purposes until all dues are cleared. The neevr platform, its code, branding, and content are proprietary and may not be copied or reproduced.
Files uploaded to the Platform are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to files is controlled through authentication and payment verification. Signed URLs for file downloads expire within 60 seconds. The Platform uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to upload malicious content, to misrepresent your identity, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. Architects may not use the Platform to collect payments without delivering agreed services.
neevr provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage dispute resolution through mutual negotiation before legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
